Consultancy support for aviation business on acquisition bid
Initially a very different instruction moved into advising on a David & Goliath bid for a far bigger South African aviation business that was being sold by tender. All contract and bid documents were reviewed and reported on, which influenced the final bid pack that was tendered. The intricacies of international trade negotiations and foreign country legal issues were very much at play in this significant transaction that then proceeded to a full purchase offer.
